Life Coaching

No matter what goals or ambitions you bring to coaching, it’s all about personal change.

Coaching can help you with:

  • Making real change, changes that you thought would never be possible to achieve

  • Learning to challenge limiting beliefs you have about yourself and what you can achieve
  • Shifting the way you see things and discover new choices and options that are available to you

  • Life Coaching #02

    The changes I refer to are both internal and external. Coaching results in changes in beliefs, assumptions and perceptions and associated feelings held by you, which then lead to changes in your external world, like in your career, relationships and general well being.

    I offer coaching as a humanistic practice and coaching actually shares many premises of humanistic therapies like Transactional Analysis (TA) or Person Centred Counselling (PCC) (please see page: What kind of therapy I use).

    As a humanistic therapist and coach, I reject the medical model where the therapist is the expert. Humanistic coaching is also not a psychoanalytic model, where the therapist is the interpreter of the client’s experience. As humanistic practitioner I consider you, the client, and me the coach as jointly engaged in your life and the changes that you want to make. As coach, I will work with you in a person-centred way where empathy and positive regards remain crucial to the process.

    I offer life coaching which also includes performance coaching, career coaching, development coaching and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) coaching.



    Life Coaching #03

    I offer the following coaching packages:

    Package 1:
    4 to 6 sessions of 45 to 50 minutes weekly by phone, Skype or face to face
    Package 2:
    4 to 6 sessions of 45 to 50 minutes every fortnight by phone, Skype or face to face
    Package 3:
    4 to 6 sessions of 1 hour and 15 minutes weekly face to face only
    Package 4:
    4 to 6 sessions of 1 hour and 15 minutes every fortnight face to face only
    Any additional sessions can be booked anytime.

    Fees:

    Single session 45 to 50 minutes
    £45

    Single session 1 hour and 15 minutes
    £65

    I also offer different coaching packages

    Package 1 (weekly)
    £160 (4 sessions) or £240 (6 sessions)
    For sessions via Skype or phone £40: for the initial session paid in advance, then remaining £120 or £200 if decided on a coaching package
    For face to face sessions: £40 for the initial session by cheque or cash, then a holding fee of £40 or £60 if decided on a coaching package

    Package 2 (fortnightly)
    £160 (4 sessions) or £240 (6 sessions)
    For sessions via Skype or phone: £40 for the initial session paid in advance, then remaining £120 or £200 if decided on a coaching package
    For face to face sessions: £40 for the initial session by cheque or cash, then a holding fee of £40 or £60 if decided on a coaching package

    £ 240 (4 sessions) or £360 (6 sessions)
    For face to face sessions: £40 for the initial session by cheque or cash, then a holding fee of 40 £ or £60 if decided on a coaching package

    Package 4 (fortnightly)
    £ 240 (4 sessions) or £360 (6 sessions)
    For face to face sessions: £40 for the initial session by cheque or cash, then a holding fee of 40 £ or £60 if decided on a coaching package

    Please note if you want more sessions at the end of your package, you can add them on for a session fee of £40 for 50 minutes and £60 for 1hour and 15 minutes.

    Coaching and Confidentiality:
    Coaching is a fully confidential process through which you can explore your vision for your future, explore the possibilities open to you and decide what goals are most important to you. The coaching process provides a neutral and safe space for this work.
